One of the few candid photos from those days way back when. Rediscovered this ancient quarter inch tape in my files, lost to memory until a few days ago.  Glad I found it and gladder still that I gave up the nasty tobacco habit not too long after this picture was snapped without my knowledge. Still sing though and play. Lost the hair though.

What can be said about vocalist, instrumentalist and songwriter Jon Anderson?  He's been the primary voice for YES for a very long time; written some of their finer material; worked with the incredible Vangelis to create an amazing body of work; did some time with Anderson, Bruford, Wakeman & Howe; and had a very successful solo career.

Jon joined us by phone from his lovely mountain vista home in California to open the books on his career - how and when he got his start; the wacky name of the first band he was in; that he was a lorry driver; he wanted to be a pro 'footie' player; and more.
