In 2001, some like-minded DJs and party people in the UK got together and formed the DIZZYFUNK SOUND SYSTEM. They spent the next 15 years putting on outdoor free parties and club nights with guests including DiY legends Simon DK, Digs & Woosh, and Emma, plus Smokescreen's Inland Knights and The Littlemen, Da Sunlounge, Jane Fitz and many more.

In 2023 DIZZYFUNK was reborn!

Joey Fanatic aka Joey Phatone is veteran dj of the club and rave scene performing to and moving masses across the country for the past 20 yrs.

His relentlessly aggressive style of mixing and music selection, always combining classics with the cutting edge in creative ways, leaves crowds restless and starving for more.

Back in the early 90's Joey started spinning vinyl much to the chagrin of his family and roommates. In the early days things were pretty damn rough as almost any dj that started on vinyl could tell you, but within a couple years it all worked out as residencies and bookings started building quickly, now 20 years later, after dabbling in production, promoting events, and adapting to new music styles several times, his sets are unpredictably banging, combining classic, funky, disco, and deep house and breaks in a unique manner culminated by years of experience playing commercial clubs, house parties, and raves. After 20 years his resume and accomplishments are long and varied, but he has played along side the likes of H Foundation, Iz & Diz, Jacob London, Terry Mullen, Forrest Avery, John Debo, AK1200, and Dara just to name a few.

Craig Hampson is from Leicester, England.

Craig started way back when the first building blocks of house music were being formed.

Craig played for the Eviction Sound System in the early 90’s and co-organized the regular club nights in the Underground club in Luton in 1995.

After he arrived in the Czech Republic in 1996 he has been a regular feature on the Czech House scene and has held residencies in clubs in Olomouc and in Brno, and after moving to Prague in 1998 he has been resident in many clubs including Radost FX, Palac Akropolis, and Chapeau Rouge.

Craig is currently resident DJ at Sasazu, Prague.


DJ Craig Hampson z Leicesteru, Anglie začal hrát před 20 lety, tedy v době, kdy se house music představovala společnosti.

Na začátku devadesátých let hrál pro Eviction Sound System a v roce 1995 se podílel na organizaci pravidelných akcí v klubu Underground v Lutonu, v severním Londýně. 

Od svého příjezdu v roce 1996 hraje pravidelně na různých místech České republiky a byl rezidentem klubů v Olomouci a Brně. V Praze, kam se přestěhoval v roce 1998, se stal rezidentem klubu Radost FX (Mode II Fiction), Palác Akropolis a Chapeau Rouge (Joy Jelly), Zero (Bikini Jazz), Dubliner (Hip Hop and R&B).

Craig je v současné době rezidentem klubu Sasazu, Praha.
