British producer Andy Ash is on a roll! His recent release for Quintessentials slaps hard and not to mention output on such respected labels as Sheffield’s Moment Cinetique, Chicago’s Still Love 4 Music, New York’s On The Prowl and Sydney’s People Must Jam. Andy Ash tracks always have this wonky edge to them which make his music stand out in the crowd and we’re pleased to welcome him back for his third release on Delusions entitled the Tiawo EP.

Kicking off this four track EP, the title track goes deep into early Chicago house territory calling to mind those incredible drum machine and synth workouts on Trax. Stripped back to just the driving 707 groove and chiming digital synths this punchy warehouse jam is just the track for those heady hours where the dance floor becomes suspended in time and the dancers are locked into the unfaltering groove.

Next up Strictly Pins goes for a minimal approach with shuffling drums, moody Detroit Rhodes chords, bass and..... that’s about it. But it grooves hard!

Burger treads a similar rhythmic and sonic path but with added trippy factor coming from a completely twisted vocal sample which is warped, cut up and processed for maximum freak-effect. Just a little insight into the mind of a madman which is both quite fun and disturbing in equal measures.

Closing out the EP we have Brother which goes for a slightly more conventional deep house sound with syncopated stabs, rolling bassline and swinging drums.

PREMIERE: Andy Ash - Tiawo

Panoram’s „vivid and eccentric new album“ (based on Philip Sherburne via Pitchfork) gets the remix treatment by Quiet Village and Luca Lozano. A cornucopia of possibilities, aural delicacies and pulsating sounds, Acrobatic Thoughts would be a rewarding task for any remixer and is a real gift for the relevant guests.
	
Matt Edwards’ and Joel Martin’s Quiet Village project can’t be beat when it comes to meandering, prolix and cinemascope-styled tracks and remixes (see their Allez Allez African Queen one for further notice). Thus, their version of „Seabrain“ is a 11 minute long interpretation. Propelled by ocean travel transmissions, deep sea fantasies, sonar tones and a bubbling bass line, it’s the finest piece of submarine house and feels like a long lost cousin to Link’s Amenity (we take a bow). Addictive and refreshing.
	Wandering Frames follows a similar path on the desk of Luca Lozano. But instead of the abyssal-benthic zone, he takes it higher up in the air. Sitting comfortably on little fluffy clouds, reinforcing the UK bleep continuum and adding skippy beats, Lozanos remix appeals to hypno house collectors, slow-motion b-boys-girls and ecstatic dance fans alike. Peak time can have many hours.

Giegling & KANN affiliate Map.ache or better - just Mapi - is next in line turning „Cell“ into an epic, cinematic House groover. Using the original ambient vibe and adding his personal touch, the Leipzig Urgestein shows off in fine, subtle elegance. Sebastian Voigt is strongly related to Renate club in Berlin where he is taking care of bookings and holds a residency, more on the techno side of things. His breakbeat remix of „Milieu“ features the vocals of photographer Gundula Eldowy Schulze. He ends up at 130 BPM in frantic, yet warm craziness. Chapeau. Sir Iron Curtis, better known as Frank Music's BFF whirls „Wing House“ into a genuine bassline monster. His machines tell a story. A story of a neverending, peaceful dance.
