Dei Funk is the name of the newly found collaborative project between the established Berlin artist Erich Joseph also now known as I.C.A. and Hip-Hop artist David Finkelman Sánchez (Halienigena). Both born in Cali, Colombia and sharing a long-standing friendship that has music at its core.
Since teenager they were sharing electronic music with each other and going to raves in Cali.

Both artists have been constantly involved in Cali’s fiery Nightlife and Berlin’s never-ending offer of diverse electronic sounds. The project aims at co-creating a space of House as community.

For this, Dei Funk showcases an ample spectrum of House music ranging from dub house, deep house, tribal atmospheres, old-school 90s classics, and energetic Hard-House.

Disco House recording artist signed to Waxadisc, Midnight Riot, Masterworks, Editorial Records and Black Riot.
Past labels Manifesto/Mercury Records,  Cold Rockin Records, Neo Records, Soulful Solutions and Soul Glow Records.
