House & Techno DJ since 98'
Dexagon first got his start in the Midwest underground scene in 1998. He is heavily influenced by the birthplace of house in Chicago, just 90 miles south. He began immediately after attending some underground raves in Chicago. Shortly after he started DJing at the age of 17 at underground parties all over Wisconsin. He also had his hand in throwing / promoting some of the most memorable parties around the Madison & Milwaukee areas. He got his first "big" camp out / festival booking in 2005 at Blue Shift 2. Once he moved to Madison, WI in 2010 he has become a mainstay in the House & Techno scene. He also started his first DJ residency in 2012 called Intoxicated at Club Voodoo (2012-2018). It was only logical for him to take the next step and start producing his own music with his own style. His first EP was dropped on New Years Eve 2020. He has many more projects in the works and will be one to keep an eye on, with over 20+ years of DJing he has a great ear for making beats and brings his own unique style to his production.

With releases on high profile record labels such as iBreaks, Elektroshok, Hardcore Beats, Broke, Electrofly and Kick It, New York City based Wavewhore has established himself as one of the USA’s leading breakbeat producers. His skills behind the decks have also led to headlining appearances across the US, Europe and Asia and his music and mixes have been featured on many of the world’s top broadcast media outlets including BBC Radio 1 London, WKTU 103.5 FM New York, KISS FM London, RTE Dublin and Sirius Satellite Radio.

Wavewhore has been called a “breakbeat master” by Liquid Todd (Sirius Satellite Radio) and “one of the USA’s finest breakbeat DJ/producers” by Jay Cunning (KISS FM London) while Breakbeat Online described him as “NYC’s finest export since the Beastie Boys”.  His music has also received high level support from many of the top names in the business including Aquasky, DJ Icey, Jackal & Hyde, The Freestylers, General Midi, Elite Force, Annie Nightingale and many more.

In the studio, Wavewhore is also focusing on other genres of electronic music and recently launched an alias called Nihilogix for his house music output with a debut release on G-Mafia Records.  These additional musical ventures will continue to feature his signature high energy beats and basslines combined with the quality production and impact that have led to Beatport Top 10 chart listings and a global following.

After many years behind a screen, it was his time to finally step up to a set of decks at Glasgow’s longest running drum n bass night “Symbiosis”.

In a whirlwind two short years he has already played for a host of promoters across Scotland such as Midnght Bass, Bass Injection, Junglism, Basshau5 and of course Symbiosis.

Support sets have included names such as The Prototypes, Culprate, Transforma, Pluvio & Confusion with plenty more names to be added to the list.
With huge support from some artists such as Akov, BILLAIN, Abis, Joe Ford, Ekwols & Pluvio, he has managed to go from strength to strength, all the while doing it his way and firmly putting his imprint into his productions & DJ sets
