Barclay Crenshaw makes electronic music that includes bass, dub, jungle, funk and hip-hop. His performances seamlessly blend genres, creating an immersive experience that transcends traditional boundaries. Barclay’s ability to connect with diverse audiences and create an unforgettable atmosphere has earned him a following of like-minded oddballs. Originally a house music producer called Claude VonStroke and the founder of Dirtybird Records, his shift in sound further cement his long-standing reputation for innovation and authenticity.

Government name Translee, rap name Translee. Who is Translee? What is a Translee and where does it come from, are usually the questions surrounding the Huntsville AL raised, Atlanta based MC when being introduced to the unfamiliar.  From the stellar last project Culture Junky, a particular set of witty words, and delivery that will finesse any verse line or hook on a track, the masses are definitely starting to notice that it may be something different that is being birthed in the south that may be riding against the norm- of the road MOST traveled. Simply conversational raps as he calls it, real music, real people, real problems, real times and real facts. His name is Translee. He is signed to independent label DNC (Digital Nativ3 Culture).

As a southern hip hop artist Translee aims to change the perception of southern hip hop and now hip hop in general, everything is so club-driven these days which dominates the air waves and the earphones of a new generation. “Every day aint the same, sometimes you want to talk about God, sometimes you want to talk about drugs, sometimes you want to talk about love”. From radio single with Raheem devaugn ‘does anybody love anymore’ which swept across the nation on radio and made the charts, from having videos on MTV and Revolt tv nationally, to collabs with major artist such as kcamp, bj the Chicago kid, syari da kid, cyhi the prynce and many more.  Translee proves to audiences everywhere around the world that he embodies and is the new change he wants to see in Hip Hop and his upcoming release #MAOTP will be the engine that drives him to that upper echelon elite group of MC’s in which he is always being compared to.

Weiss is most innovative when he’s untethered from the conventions and trends of Dance Music production. Although he embodies the spirit of classic House Music forms like old school Jackin and 90’s era Chicago House, his underlying philosophy is quite simple - construct a beat that taps into the primal and speaks to the universal love of dance shared around the world. Growing up in the UK, Weiss accumulated a diverse range of musical tastes and influences, from Metallica to Motown and Phil Collins to Disco. An apprentice to Massive Attack’s Musical Engineer James Day early in his career, Weiss was able to draw from that deep well of inspiration and expert technical training to produce what would become a trove of instantly recognizable classics and unique, chunky, club rollers. 
Weiss’ initial success as a producer was immediate and profound. His hit single “My Sister”, released in 2013, hit the top of the Beatport Charts and stayed there for four months. Assisted by a generous amount of support from BBC Radio 1, his sounds caught the attention of industry heavyweights like Annie Mac, Groove Armada, Green Velvet, Loco Dice, and Kenny Dope. After several years of successive hit radio singles like his 2016 “You’re Sunshine”, which premiered on Danny Howard’s BBC Radio 1 show and netted a spot at the top of the Beatport charts, Weiss’ profile continued to expand. It wasn’t long before his musical contributions and electrifying performances began to transform the modern House Music landscape. 
Overwhelming support poured in from artists including Gorgon City, Eats Everything, Jax Jones, Duke Dumont, MK and Claude Vonstroke, and through a wildly successful career punctuated by remixes for Kylie Minogue, Robyn, Calvin Harris and Claptone, Weiss has found himself amongst House Music’s elite sharing stages with legends including Todd Terry, Armand Van Helden and Pete Tong. His 2018 single “Feel My Needs”, netted an immense amount of critical acclaim, earned the #1 spot on 5 international music charts, as well as a spot on the Radio 1 A-List and was voted DJ Magazine’s “Best of British Winner” for best single of 2018. 
Weiss is gearing up for an eventful 2019. Following lucrative bookings at Fabric  London and BPM Festival Mexico, he has confirmed over one hundred shows through 2019, including Creamfields, Electric Zoo and key showcases in Ibiza, Miami Music Week, and ADE.
