Ryder Morty is an enigmatic and dynamic underground rapper, producer, and performer, showcasing a unique blend of creative styles across Storytelling, Horrorcore, Lo-Fi, and Underground rap scenes

Ogunwale Benjamin, the man behind Ryder Morty, began his musical journey during the 2020 Covid-19 lockdown. His first song, "Monster," was released on Audiomack and SoundCloud, featuring both the lyrics and instrumental track he produced. Since then, he has consistently dropped singles on these platforms, culminating in the release of his debut EP, "Never Fading EP," in 2021. The EP, recorded entirely on his phone using Splash and Voloco in his bedroom, garnered over 1,000 plays shortly after its release. 

Ryder Morty began his love for music after listening to Rap God and Godzilla (feat. Juice WRLD) by Eminem, who later influenced his love for rap music. Ryder Morty loves NF, who gave him a love for music as a passion, listening to When I Grow Up and Paralyzed being the first songs of his he listened to him had a love for melodic rap and storytelling has shown in songs like Ryder and Therapy. Ryder Morty loves horror rap making of one of his favorite Eminem albums. Relapse: Refill. Other Influences include Dax, Logic, The Chainsmokers, Nicki Minaj, Tech N9ne and Yelawolf.

Ryder Morty enjoys putting out music for the fun of it, and with his 2023 release of Feelings (The Mixtape), he shows constant improvement and charm in his art.
