Ryland Fisher’s ‘Till It’s Over’ feels like heartbreak from the first note. A sweet mandolin ushers us away to a scene we’ve heard Fisher croon about before: a crossroads on the precipice of a breakup that somehow feels both premature and a long time coming. Lyrically and vocally, this is the most vulnerable he’s ever sounded. The lyrical picture is crystal clear with, “I can’t rewrite the words written on your face,” and, “If there’s a piece of your heart that ain’t broke yet, baby, maybe there’s still something left to save.” Is the battle of this relationship worth waging anymore? With desperation in his voice, we hear Fisher make a case for why it just might be.

Ryland Fisher is an American country rock singer-songwriter and producer. He has released seven studio albums through his own label since 2021. Ryland is also a billboard-charting songwriter, with millions of worldwide streams to his credit. His songs have been showcased on CMT, top-grossing world tours, and network television. 

Known for his relatable storytelling, heartfelt lyrics, and against-the-grain mindset, Ryland has been often compared to the likes of Eric Church, Brothers Osborne, and Kip Moore. Being an inherently honest and ‘real’ songwriter, he has found a great deal of inspiration from artists such as Ryan Adams, Butch Walker, and Bob Dylan. 

In late 2021, Fisher pivoted from being a heads-down staff songwriter on Music Row to releasing his debut album, ‘Ryland,’ produced by Danny Faillo of The Spark. The Black Sheep EP followed in August of 2022, with Adam Shoenfeld and James Russell producing. One month later in September of 2022, Ryland had released yet another album exclusively through his website (with a 2023 digital release), in the form of the melancholy, stripped-down ‘Sleeping with Ghosts: Volume 1.' Described as a pseudo-concept record, the nine new tracks on the album show a sonic departure from the first two albums and include reimagined versions of the billboard-charting Stephanie Quayle classic, ‘Whatcha Drinkin’ Bout’ and the John Stanislawski crooner, ‘Catch My Breath.’ 

In April 2023, Ryland released a fan-dedicated CD collection of outtakes and rarities in the form of 'Dust On The Tracks.' The compilation includes unreleased tracks and alternate versions and mixes not found on previous releases.

Following in quick succession, came the subsequent full-band rock-influenced ‘IV: Finding My Way Back Home,’ the pop-leaning ‘V: Heaven for the Weekend,’ and the awaited ‘Sleeping with Ghosts, Volume II.’

As a companion to songs within the growing catalog, Ryland has also released 2 self-produced music video collections titled, ‘Desperado: The Music Videos Volume I’ (and ‘Volume II’).

In addition to his own material, from 2017-2021 Fisher spent his days writing hundreds of songs for up-and-coming and established country music artists on Music Row in Nashville, TN. Artists that have recorded Ryland’s songs include Stephanie Quayle, Kurt Stevens, Belles, and Max Flinn, to name a few.
