Music has always been in my bones. I first studied music technology in London at 21, where I also began experimenting with vinyl mixing. Life’s practical demands soon pulled me in another direction — more hours working, bills to pay, and a different path unfolding.

But the music never left me. Over the years — through different jobs, raising two sons, and building a family — it was always the dancefloor, the sounds, and the shared energy of music that carried me through challenges. 

For me, music has always been medicine.

A few years ago, I found my way back — this time diving into CDJs and modern DJ technology. The learning never stops, and that’s what keeps me inspired. 

I absolutely love playing in my Kissling Kitchen and out amongst a dancing crowd. I love being able to ‘read the room’ and take my dancing playmates on a journey through all the different nuances of dance music.

By day, I work as a psychotherapist, helping people reconnect with their bodies and shed unhelpful patterns and limiting self beliefs. By night, I connect to my own therapy — music, movement, and community. For me, DJing isn’t just about mixing tracks. It’s about creating spaces where people feel free, embodied, and alive.

My taste in dance music is raw and instinctive. I’m drawn to those deep, tribal beats that pull me out of my head and into my “wild animal” viseral part’s . The Afro rhythms, the melodic swells, the dark techno undertones, they all speak to that part  that just wants to move and connect.
