VGM Demo - Max Velocity

Supposed to play when Blaze finds a Luna Sapphire, and is transported to a Luna Sapphire trial to earn the jewel and prove her conviction.

I wanted the Luna Sapphires to have its own personality, like the other gems, and become willed by those with the strongest of convictions.
