I like jazz and music of the instrument of the fusion.
The music that I uploaded here is own composition.
I am interested in commercial music.
They make music, but, using DAW, the basics regard real-time recording as important recently.

I am drawn to folk, blues, soft rock, and country music, new and old. I love songs that tell a story, especially the Irish, English, and Scottish ballads of long ago because their stories are often timeless, and most everyone at any time can relate to. 
 
I also am a pastel painter and find being able to express universal emotions through my art, as well as writing lyrics and putting them to music that I can sing and play on my guitar or ukelele so rewarding and comforting.

Memories of people, places, and events throughout my life influence the songs I write.





Find alternatives to Soundcloud for your music.  If you don't get much response to your music, don't give up.  Soundcloud doesn't have respect for musicians, it's all about profit.  Saddens me.  It used to be different.  

The name JunkHeap came from creating song ideas and leaving them for later, and then picking through the junk heap of ideas to enhance a new song idea.  Explore my discography, find something you like.  

All of my albums on Soundcloud have been reduced to a sampling of a few songs.  The complete albums are available on all streaming sites.

JunkHeap is a solo, alternative rock music project.  Unapologetic, thought-provoking, emotionally raw music for the masses...

Der Berliner Künstler Jim Anders steht für tanzbare elektronische Sounds und Texte am Puls der Zeit. Beeinflusst von vielseitigen urbanen Musikstilen, kreiert er einen ganz eigenen mitreißenden Sound. Seine Texte mit Tiefgang geben dabei Raum zur Reflektion. Wo energetische Beats auf modernen Elektropop treffen, wird der Großstadtdschungel zur Leinwand und der Rausch im Club tanzbar.



Als Soundtüftler und Sänger führte ihn sein breites musikalisches Interesse auf Ausflüge in Elektro Duos, Rap- und Avantgarde Projekte, wodurch er sein Talent entwickelt hat, unterschiedliche Stilrichtungen neu zu denken und sie zu etwas Einzigartigem zu mixen. Das Ergebnis ist die 1. veröffentlichte Jim Anders EP Lauf!, die in Eigenregie im heimischen Studio bei BaumSoundBerlin entstanden ist und mit 6 kraftvollen Tracks aufwartet. Moderne Musik kann auch anders - reinhören, aufdrehen, abgehen!
