Sort of a coverversion or rather a musical treatment and textual de-construction of Anne Clark's famous "Sleeper in Metropolis" from 1983. Whilst the original is dealing with the threats of social Isolation in urban contexts and ending with the rather hopeful and defiant "We will fight our insignificance", my version is describing the development and progress of depression from a state of lighthearted happiness to an all-consuming sinister state of frightful hopelessness and horror.

This song was inspired by John Rocca classic "Move". I written a song about saving the children from horrible wars such as what's going on in Ukraine right now. But there are worse atrocities in Africa in countries like Yemen and Sudan, which hardly getting any media attention. Looking forward to Erica singing to the lyrics for this song I've written.

That's a long, dull and unpleasing sentence, and so is life. Especially, if it's a life in false colors.
