Fabio La vecchia, known by his musical avatar Sounding, is an Italian ambient and experimental electronic musician whose passion for creating music was ignited by the haunting soundscapes of David Lynch's films, particularly those scored by Angelo Badalamenti.  Musical journey began with playing keyboards in rock bands, drawing inspiration from instrumental groups like Mogwai, Air, and Pink Floyd. The artist holds a particular admiration for Mark Nelson of Pan American, appreciating the diverse influences and unique sounds in Nelson's work.

I like to play with sound and mould it into music. I use elements from psychill, downtempo, ambient, new age, world music and rock, jazz and pop. For me it's essential that you can hear the human behind and the play with consciousness. I'm inspired by Man of no Ego, Pink Floyd, Suduaya, David Sylvian, Ryuichi Sakamoto, Enigma, Daft Punk and many others.
