Amongst India's most talented pianists, Sahil’s experiments with different mediums – visual projection, photography, and theatre have been instrumental in taking the form outside conventional definition and shaped a performance style that is truly his. His mixed media production The Un-Recital was presented at the Royal Opera House Mumbai and lauded by the press.

An accomplished composer, most recently he was showcased as the only musician  in Viacom18's latest Web Series - Dell XPS Youniverse Creators, which featured 10 renowned creatives from across the country including a filmmaker, photographer, spatial artist and more. Sahil was paired with an animator in a creative residency to create a piece exclusively for the series.

He has featured live and collaborated with acclaimed artists such as British-Indian composer Nitin Sawhney, Gino Banks, Mohini Dey, to name a few. He has quickly established himself as one of the leading pianists in India.

Sahil is classically trained and studied piano under Dr. Nelson Harper at Denison University, Ohio (2004-2008), Irina Biryukova (2012-2015) and late John Raphael at the Delhi School of Music.

He is currently working on releasing his debut album, a collection of pieces written for piano, supported by synthesisers, sound design, and processing techniques.
