– Beautiful principle: If you truly believe in Allāh and the Messenger, speak good or remain silent.
– Various aḥadith showing the path to Jannah and salvation which are linked to the safety of the tongue.
– Encouragement to increase in the du'ā made by the Prophet ﷺ related to seeking refuge with Allāh from the evil of our tongue, sight, hearing etc.
