Mach dir deinen eigenen Kult!

Kultmucke ist ein 2010 in Berlin gegründetes Onlinemagazin, das sich überwiegend dem kulturellen Leben der Spreemetropole verschrieben hat. Das Wort verschrieben trifft dabei den Nagel recht gut auf den Kopf. Unser junges Autoren-Team versucht nämlich unermüdlich, die Impulse der Stadt in sich aufzusagen, sie zu filtrieren und schließlich in seinen Artikeln für eine breite Leserschaft erlebbar zu machen. Losgelöst von diktierten Mainstreamerscheinungen stehen dabei meist individuelle Blickwinkel im Vordergrund der Berichterstattung und bieten eine ungeahnte Sicht auf die deutsche Hauptstadt und ihre bunte Vielfalt.

Mit Herz und Verstand, Passion und Hingabe, Witz und Ernsthaftigkeit wurde Kultmucke im Laufe der Jahre zu einer festen Instanz innerhalb der Blogosphäre. Sich dieser Verantwortung stets bewusst, nutzen wir unsere Plattform vor allem, um jungen, unbekannten Talenten ein Sprachrohr zu sein.
Neben akustischen Phänomenen – Künstlervorstellungen, Interviews, Album- und Konzertreviews – beleuchtet Kultmucke aber auch Themen, die von gesellschaftlichem, politischem oder ganz alltäglichem Interesse sind.

Obwohl Kultmucke in der virtuellen Welt verankert ist, wagt sich unsere Redaktion regelmäßig in die freie Wildbahn und hinterlässt dort ebenfalls ihre Spuren. Veranstaltungen, wie die beliebten Wohnzimmerkonzerte, die von der Spontanität ihrer Gäste befeuerte PowerPoint-Karaoke, von uns präsentierte Shows oder der über die Grenzen der Republik bekannte Hipster Cup, sind Resultat dieser Ausflüge in den Vergnügungskosmos. Und wer sich ein Kultmucke nach Hause holen möchte, kann dies dank zweier von uns veröffentlichter exklusiver Sampler („Kultverdächtig I“ und „Kultverdächtig II“) ebenfalls tun.

Early releases on Higher Stakes, G13 and own imprint Murda Sounds Recordings have proved to be valuable stepping stones to getting to the position that he is currently in as an established artist. with releases on Playaz, Sweet Tooth Recordings, iconic label V Recordings and sister label Chronic.

January 2015 saw the Exclusive Signing to Sweet Tooth Recs, with his Trauma EP hitting number 1 in the Juno Download Chart. 

In the clubs he has performed at some of the biggest UK and European stages including gigs for Laundry Day, Skankers, Confuzion, BPM, Rampage, Hysteria, Antwerp City Flow and the popular Elements and Summer festivals.His high energy sets are a crowd favourite and with high profile DJs now supporting his music, the tracks are fast becoming anthems that many DJs want to play. Now working with Urban Agency exclusively for all of his bookings proves that the hard work is paying off, Nu Elementz is the one to watch!

Author, composer, performer and conductor of his own orchestra, Worakls is a modern artist.
Although trained in classical music, he quickly gained recognition through his fusion of classical music and electronic tones thanks to which he meets his first successes as an artist, but also as the founder of the labels Hungry Music and Sonate Records. 

Worakls brings a unique and modern sound signature to his music by mixing in his influences (mainly classical, rock and electro). Powerful orchestrations, stirring melodies and dreamy sounds are distinctive features of Worakls’ music. On stage, he conducts his own orchestra, the “Worakls Orchestra” with which he plays his music in the biggest venues in Europe for a show that’s as beautiful to see as it is to hear.
