Trio Riot formed in Helsinki in 2009, since then they have performed across Europe including dates in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and England. Stylistically the band relates their sense of energy to the 1980s British punk scene, their approach to sound is inspired by Ornette Coleman and other free jazz pioneers, and in their compositional style the group draws inspiration from 20th century contemporary music. With pure performance energy they manage to pull these disparate influences together into a compact and hard-hitting musical show.
In November 2012 Trio Riot recorded their debut album which will be released on UK label Efpi Records in early 2014.

Described as ‘venturers in the post-genre slip stream, weaving folk, improv, art pop and contemporary classical into new material that is soft on the ear but tough as leather.’ (Cormac Larkin, Irish Times). 

Clang Sayne was founded by Irish composer, Laura Hyland in 2008 to channel myriad musical influences into her ‘songscapes’. The current line up of players include Laura (compositions, voice, chimes & guitar), Caimin Gilmore (double bass, voice), Carolyn Goodwin (clarinets, voice) and Matthew Jacobson (drums, voice).

The most recent album 'The Round Soul of the World' was recorded and released in Ireland in 2017 and the debut album,'Winterlands' in London in 2009. They are currently working on a new body of music, based around a collection of very big chimes which Laura made from scrap metal in 2018.

They have featured in the Wire Magazine, BBC & Resonance FM (UK), the Journal of Music, Lyric FM & RTE Radio1 (Irl), WFMU (NYC), and tour within the international experimental music scene.

Rodrigo Constanzo is a performer and composer living in Manchester, England.  He is an avid improviser and performs regularly using home made electro acoustic, and modified electronic instruments. He is currently working towards a PhD in Composition at the University of Huddersfield and co-runs The Noise Upstairs, an improv collective and label which puts on monthly nights and quarterly workshops in Manchester.

He lives in Manchester with his partner, artist Angela Guyton.

Aaargh!...is three brothers from different mothers whose shared love of improvised music (and Monty Python) drew them together from across the globe. Their music, described as leading the new and exciting European-wonky-melodic-folk-punk-jazz movement, mixes improvisation and composition seamlessly with each group member's personality contributing to the overall band sound.
