I am so happy to be returning to my podcast series with a live mix from my set at @bass-c0ast Festival 2022. I opened the brand new Cabin stage on Friday afternoon and it was such a beautiful experience.

Thank you to everyone who came out and danced in the sun with me. The energy and vibes were absolutely amazing. Thanks to all the many people who worked so hard to make the festival possible.

The Parkcast Vol. 30 - Dunmore Park Live at Bass Coast 2022

Recorded live at The Common on December 22, 2022. This set nearly didn't happen at all. My first flight was cancelled due to weather and only thanks to some helpful folks on a different airline did I make it on time. It ended up being one of my favourite sets of the year. Thanks to all the friends who came out and to my Night Vision family and the Common for hosting! 

The mix includes 3 brand new tracks and I've left in some of the crowd recording. There are some pretty funny moments that were captured. Thanks to everyone who supported me in 2022. I appreciate you!

TantRut moved after seven crazy years in Berlin to the tiny Swedish island Brännö in 2012. 
There he got inspired on full moon beach raves and the legendary Secret Island Nation festival to pick up DJing. 
He is not married to a specific genre but his mixes often contain tracks with elements of deep tribal dance music, folkloric sounds and rhythms in a modern electronic house or techno version.

It’s all about the ride for London-born, Toronto-raised, DJ/producer, Adam Nathan. With roots as a drummer, the rhythm and percussive evolution is evident in his sets and can range from the stripped down deep and soulful, to the big and funky driving sounds of house. He has held residencies in some of Toronto’s landmark nightclubs and performed in cities in Europe, Asia, North America & the Middle East. 
On the production front, although his sound is different than most, Adam captures the soulful and rhythmic complexities of the inspirational muses he’s been influenced by over the years.

Zolotaya Orda reaches United Kingdom with @k-plus-e!

K + E met on a summer day in the marshes of East London, and became friends over their shared love of aubergines. Kim makes visceral abstract paintings and video installations, while Ely is doing a PhD in linguistics. Recently they embarked on a sonic journey together, selecting musical ingredients from around the world, slow-cook sounds and deep groovy rhythms.
For this specially prepared mix for Zolotaya Orda, they have focused on the visual elements of sound, exploring textures and details on a journey down the rabbit hole.

One of the many joys I've found from this whole music journey is all the connections I've made with people from around the world, many I haven't even met in real life. Sharing a similar passion with others is a beautiful thing.

A while back I had the pleasure of connecting with Dunmore Park.  We shared similar music interests and I got the opportunity to create a mix for his Parkcast series, a really cool project of his. I had to return the favor, so I asked him whenever he was feeling inspired by something in his life, and wanted to share that with me and the world, that I would be happy to have him on. 

Recently he spent some time this month exploring the Yucatan region of Mexico.  Like me and most others, we sort of find certain music while traveling that sticks with us and reminds us of the great memories we make on the trips. This mix is a collection of the tunes he was vibin' with on the trip.  Enjoy!

Nave Migratoria is a French & German DJ and record collector based in Berlin. Since his early age, he grew curious and explored sounds from different parts of the world. His repertoire is very open-minded musically speaking and you can sense in his selection an influence of his travels and residencies in Latin America. With each of his sets, he wants to tell a story in a conscientious way by blending organic and folkloric sounds with electronic music.
