SANDESH Bio ......
Sandesh has been involved in the music world since more then 3 decades.
In the 90s he was playing and sharing his tunes and vibe in events within the Osho Commune international Ashram in Pune as well as in beaches and parties in Goa, at that time mixing on DAT tapes and Minidisks.
Music collector and researcher, from pop music until the latest innovative underground passing through all the possible ranges and styles, he has explored them all!!
After a gap in the early 2000's exploring different realms of his creative expressions, he has been deeply involved in the music scene in Asia, sharing his passion in International festivals and Jungles Parties as well as Clubs and many other kind of events
He is constantly pushing the limits of what is playable creating “journeys” full of surprises. His various and versatile style can fit any crowd at any hour on any kind of event!
He silently contributed to the expansion of Ecstatic Dance Movement in Asia being one of the first to bring it to the now famous Bali Yoga Barn in early 2000s and subsequently on the Island of Koh Phangan - Thailand giving birth first to the event “Rise Ecstatic Dance" at Pyramid Yoga and subsequently managing and curating the established Fridays Ecstatic dances at Jaran's Yoga.
In both cases the concept and the events he created has grown exponentially up to the point that are now well established in the Ecstatic Dance scene worldwide attracting hundreds of dancers from all over the planet.
He plays music in a very versatile and various ways such that his alter-ego named Psymbiosis is present in the Psy Trance international scene worldwide sharing his passion and his vibrant energy.
When asked he uses to say of himself: “If you know me I need no introduction.... If you don't know me you can ask to those who do know me!!! ... Sharing Love & Passion through music at 360°”

It is Saturday and here is my new Ecstatic Dance Upload as promised.

This one is N. 16 played in Koh Phangan on 06/03/2020 at Jaran Yoga.
(first 7 min of drone for intro into movement and body awareness)

This time I had the Amazing Amir Yacobi from Tribal Dance Israel playing his drum set together with my music.

Honestly I have never experienced a men with the same  energy as him playing live.

The kind of vibe he was transmitting to the crowd was simply magic!

I composed orchestral downtempo electronic track then i recorded the voice of Ninka Nassif in her studio in south France. i then recorded my 5 strings violin to make answers to her vocal. Ninka put all her soul to make the track deep and tragic, reflecting the dramatic side of humanity, the inevitable feeling of distress, facing the dark side of reality. Ninka voice has strength to move your entrails, but it's also delicate to feel the women softness & makes us understand that we are all linked

This collaboration was seeded on a lake shore at sunrise in the Sierra foothills. Upon hearing Marya's acoustic version of this Sarah McLachlan song, my heart, which I had closed in order to maintain after a devastating heartbreak, cracked open. And I immediately knew that I wanted to work with this music. 

Marya generously offered to record her acoustic version to provide it as the foundation and raw the material for this remix. And I allowed the intense emotion and feelings of loss to flow through me, and to guide this one into its current form.

Catharsis is such an incredibly beautiful, healing, and at times, elusive thing... capturing it in sound and connecting with others through offering it to the world is a large part of what keeps me going as an artist.

And truly loss can be a devastating and isolating experience... and though it is a bit of a paradox, what I've found is that through sharing honestly and authentically about such an experience, it creates a bridge and a pathway to connection to the hearts of others who have been through their own loss. And this can lead to a sense of deep connection and solidarity.

Maybe this is "healing..." and maybe it's just the heart expanding and creating new pathways for connection alongside the grief and loss.
