In 2023, Santorin marks its quarter-century anniversary, a huge milestone for the label. The '25 Years of Santorin' series celebrates the labels steadfast dedication to discovering, nurturing, and delivering the finest forward-thinking drum & bass from Germany and beyond.

Like a rock in a fast-moving current, Santorin has stayed true to this ethos and the traditions of the music, while also being shaped by the new, vibrant, and vivid styles that have emerged in the past two and a half decades.

To everyone whos been with us on this long journey, we thank you. To everyone who has just discovered us - welcome. We hope youll join us in raising a toast to 25 more years of Santorin.

Leniz, (Querijn van Bijsterveldt) born in 2002, is a rising star in the world of Liquid Drum & Bass. He began writing his own compositions at just 12 years old, laying the foundation for what would become a promising career in the electronic music scene, which truly kicked off when he adopted the stage name Leniz at the age of 15 in 2017. As a producer, Leniz is genuinely soul-driven, with every track he creates coming straight from his heart. This dedication to authenticity, combined with his commitment to following his unique path, gives Leniz his distinctive sound and vibe. His sound is best described as melancholic and soundscape-driven, with a touch of old-school rawness. He draws inspiration from deep dives into the back catalogues of diverse genres such as drum & bass, house, techno, future jazz, and more.

In his 8+ years in the DnB scene, Leniz has garnered support from prominent figures such as LTJ Bukem, Technimatic, and High Contrast. His exceptional drum 'n' bass productions have earned recognition from renowned labels including Liquicity, Goldfat, Galacy, and Fokuz. Leniz has performed at numerous shows across the Netherlands and internationally in cities like London, Prague, Antwerp, Heidelberg, and more.

Currently, Leniz is working on new projects that promise to further showcase his versatility and talent. As he continues to explore new sounds and collaborations, his future in the music scene looks incredibly bright.

Tobe Tronic hailing from south Germany nearby Stuttgart. Since 1998 Tobe Tronic is playing a mixture between hiphop,electronic,breaks and uplifting bassmusic. His sets are characterized by a funky touch and a large pinch of scratching. He performed of partys, festivals und clubnights across Germany. In 2004 he starts the beatmaking after buying a Roland MC 303 Groovebox, since then he have released tunes and remixes on multiple labels. Tobe Tronic is also a part oft he Dj Duo „BLOCKROCKIN DJ TEAM“ established in 2012.
