Those tender moments of cathartic house euphoria are what Sara Miller strives for, as the Irish-born DJ and producer conducts blissful trajectories through the then and now from her adopted home of Berlin.

Her artistry both behind the decks and in the studio is gleefully inspired by Berlin’s distinct hedonism, indulging the city’s timeless dancefloor energy to enact glorious ecstasy upon ravers. Astral melodies, rubbery basslines and soaring breaks embrace under Sara’s inherent exuberance, an experiential wonder that has seen her remain a constant presence in such Berlin clubbing institutions as :://About Blank, ELSE and Watergate, as well as regular appearances in her hometown of Dublin and across Europe. Celebrated mixes for HÖR, Oye Records, Tiger Tapes and Permanent Vacation also further her cause.

Sara’s Naive Melodies party series, founded in 2012 at the influential Kreuzberg club Kleine Reise, provided the groundwork for her ascent. These parties, along with regular appearances at the legendary Renate, allowed her ample headroom to hone her craft. A typical night would see Sara indulge in genre-bending selections that ran the gauntlet of progressive house, italo, acid, disco, deep house and lots in between. She also qualified to become an audio engineer, which saw her respected practice inspire her turn to studio work.

“Lunar Theory”, released this year on Permanent Vacation, marked Sara’s highly anticipated first solo EP following her debut production “Orange Sea” released on the label in 2021. Tapping into Sara’s vast musical knowledge in 4 dynamic house variations, “Lunar Theory” highlights her vibrant world within the celestial dance. Each track bounces along with purposeful energy while embracing lush harmonics, plush pads and bubbling acid tones along its way. A wonderful record that's bound to soundtrack the glorious summer dancing season ahead.

Clubber / record collector / DJ. Music is a passion not a business.

Lover of most forms of electronic / club music. My big obsession is 90s house and trance but I also like soul, funk, disco and synth / new wave. Spent lots of time in clubs, especially in the 90s at various venues across the UK and Ibiza. I DJ for fun and the love of music and am sometimes found behind the decks spinning tunes that make people want to dance - small club nights, house parties and making the odd workout mix (see https://soundcloud.com/catherine-health-fitness)

Aaron Hedges comes from a family of music. His parents met in a gay disco that used to be a church in Seattle. He grew up listening to their disco records and was constantly introduced to new music, as his father became an audio/visual librarian. In the 1990s he discovered the illegal rave scene. Whether it was catching Donald Glaude dj a beach sunrise set or smoky nights in acid house domainted warehouse parties, Aaron was there dancing every weekend. He started to experiment with dj’ing after he bought his first mixer w/ a 12 second sampler, decks, and effects.

Aaron studied both Psychology and Music at George Washington University. He started dj’ing regularly at Cobalt on Monday’s for their drag show and later Sunday nights. He later did a weekly party at DC’s notorious Pearl in Adams Morgan. Aaron played across the city, from illegal parties to some of the biggest venues like the Velvet at National Ballroom and Tracks nightclub.

After the frustration of not being able to push his career further, Aaron started his own label, District of Corruption, in 2002 with a bang. His original track, “Watching Me”, a gritty post 9/11 techno track with vocal commentary about a coming surveillance state was licensed by techno legend Jeff Mills for his “Exhibitionist” dj/live audio/visual project. 

With both inspiration and motivation, he said good-bye to his friends and family in Washington, DC in 2004  and made the 5000-mile move to Berlin. With his laptop, music, and purpose in mind; Aaron knew that is where he had to be if he wanted things to happen. It was here that District of Corruption expanded working with musical talent like Akiko Kiyama, Staffan Linzatti, Mano Le Tough, Ed Davenport/Inland, Efdemin, Peter Grummich, Sweet ‘n Candy, Nima, Dilo, and many others.

Aaron has played all across Berlin in Panorama Bar/Berghain, Maria, Pfefferbank, Kinzo, Arena, Ballhaus Ost/Im, Bar25, Chalet, Katerholzig and Club der Visionaere. He’s also played in other international locations such as Paris, London, and Cape Town. 

After over a decade of label management, he decided to focus more on his first love - music composition and performance. The last years of covid shutdown has been a year for introspection. Rather than succumbing to boredom it was time to level up his production and music composition skills with online courses.

Aaron has continued to release original music with Traum Schallplatten, is planning a new regular party in Berlin with friend Simon Beeston, has a forthcoming remix of dub techno artist, Echosub, and continues to release new bootleg edits on soundcloud.

Desde jovem, apaixonado pelo groove e pela arte da mistura, começou a explorar as pistas de dança em festas privadas, conquistando rapidamente o seu espaço em clubes e bares.

A sua carreira ganhou destaque em Andorra, onde fundou o conceito Groove Mountains, marcando a cena eletrónica local. Também tocou permanentemente nas icónicas festas do KSB Bar em Pas de la Casa, um verdadeiro templo para os amantes da música eletrónica. O seu estilo transita entre sonoridades underground, criando atmosferas cativantes e com uma identidade sonora única.

Além de DJ, B_ns dedicou-se à produção musical, lançando um tema pela editora colombiana Anfrix Records. Este trabalho consolidou a sua ligação à música de forma profunda e inovadora.

Com uma carreira que inclui residências no Club El Pandero, Club Billboard e Club Izards, B_ns também tocou em locais como Barcelona e França, partilhando cabine com nomes como DJ Nikko, DJ Pitt L, Fernan Gouveia, DJ Olivier e Mauricio Vargas.

Embora afastado dos palcos nos últimos anos, B_ns continua a explorar as novas tendências musicais, mantendo o seu vínculo com a música e aprofundando constantemente a sua identidade sonora.
