HALF AND HALF

Borrowed my old man's Fender PM-3 to possible do some more stuff with a steel-string acoustic (since I never really got around getting one myself). Been working on two arrangements lately (Olivia Rodrigos 'drivers licene' and another Sven Helbig piece). I did this short improvisational piece while diddling around with a slide. 

Granted I went way too heavy on the reverb with one of the tracks, I thought the textures/soundscapes themselves turned out quite nice.

this song has a sad base. Today 1.3. died in connection with Covid and associated complications, our friend and drummer Michal of our Rock Band Guarana, where I have the honor to be a percussionist for about 8 years. We will miss him very much, especially as a great friend.
