‘7/7’ is deeply personal, delving into my inner thoughts. The whispered vocals at the beginning symbolize the continuous stream of thoughts in my mind. It captures the essence of my sleepless nights, marked by ongoing restlessness and self-doubt. “I need to sleep to slow down.”

Sasja Maekelberg (Belgian musician and producer) with his solo project ‘SASJA’, creates a harmonious trip by bringing together whimsy synths, tapes, reverb and drumcomputers. Field recordings are flirting with atmospheric synths creating a dynamic ambient which is danceable, intimate and endearing.
