@sebastiankeks discovered his passion for electronic music at underground bunker parties in 1995 and began DJing in 1998, staying true to vinyl and 90s techno roots. In 2000, he co-founded Umweltpumpe1, which evolved into the label Up1 Records in 2002. As a resident DJ at Triebwerk Dresden (2004–2013), he helped shape the local scene and later launched event series like Nachteulen and Berlin Techno. Since 2024, he’s been part of SUT – Secret Underground Techno and revived Gepflegtes Klopfen as a podcast series spotlighting raw, unfiltered techno sets. In 2025, he became a radio host with his show Kekscore Moments on Evosonic Radio. Known for his versatility and emotional depth, Sebastian crafts sets that blend timeless classics with fresh releases—always tuned to the perfect moment.

Psychedelic, acid and transcendental 🌌: words used by himself to describe his content, like if the name of the project wasn't enough to denounce it. After a long musical practice in other metaphysical lands like "The Positronics", where he explored dub chill out and experimentalism, José Infante creates Kids on Acid and sublimates his music to the dance floors. 🌀💥🕺

Sebastian Keks - Techno Set - Federation Of Rytm IV

1995, Sebastian attended his first bunker parties and discovered his love for electronic music. Eventually, in 1998, he began DJing under the name Sebastian Keks. 

A 100% vinyl DJ with full dedication, his sound is deeply rooted in 90s techno. 

In October 2000, Sebastian and his twin brother founded the crew Umweltpumpe1, which initially focused on techno events. In 2002, Umweltpumpe1 evolved into a small techno label, Up1 Records. From 2004 until its closing in 2013, Sebastian was a resident DJ at Triebwerk Dresden. In 2014, he launched the event series Nachteulen and Berlin Techno. Since March 2024, he has been a member of SUT - Secret Underground Techno. In 2005, Umweltpumpe1 organized its first party under the name Gepflegtes Klopfen at Triebwerk Dresden, followed by additional events in Germany and Poland. In 2024, another project was launched: Gepflegtes Klopfen Series, a podcast channel focused on publishing techno sets by various DJs without any frills or gimmicks.
