"My name is Zoltán Kerényi-Kiss, playing music as MettāSoůl. I’m founder, organizer, facilitator and music journey weaver of Ecstatic Dance Budapest. Working as Integral Life Consultant. I’m lover of conscious dances, regularly dancing different modalities, eg. 5Rhythms, Movement Medicine, Open Floor, Soul Motion, Contact Improvisation, Biodanza and also contemporary improvisational dance classes. I’m founder and co-host of Hungarian Embodiment Circles. I’m also a zen practitioner.
