Sawyer wrote this song as his own personal response to watching news footage of the horrific flooding in Colorado last week, bringing back memories of when Hurricane Irene hit our part of upstate NY hard, two years ago.  After hearing it and sharing it with friends and family, we decided that it could be a way to help the victims of the disaster.
