I Love How Steven Looks Like A Comic Character From The 60s/70s

I love the soundfonts you used; like in this part, I seem to recognize stuff straight from a Sonic game on the Genesis and from Paper Mario on the N64 - whatever it is you guys do, it tickles me right in the nostalgia. :)

There's some B-roll footage of the new game going around, but there was no music! And that got the gears turning in my head and many others' as well. :P

I've been thinking about these songs for the past few days now. It's cool how they were made during a time where we didn't have Origins, AIR, or the November 1993 prototype. I thought the way the songs were composed were kinda cute lol. So I decided to use this practice round to get better at swing, as well as see what these songs would sound like if they had a bit more polish to them.

I wanted to keep the spirit of the spng alive, but also make a few tweaks and additions wherever possible. I hope I did a good job!

This is my take at “Do it for Him/Her” from Steven Universe in a Uematsu-esque battle theme.  This was also the first planned art/music collab with Kevin Creel.  We had this in mind for our first collab to both 'test the waters' and for a signal boost.

Hello! My name’s KCVisualD, and I am a legally blind Visual Development Artist and Digital Illustrator.
