UN1T is a strength and conditioning studio offering a trio of cardio, strength, and mobility focused classes, all incorporating the concept of working as a UN1T to complete the class. UN1T participants encourage, motivate and push their fellow members to get out of their comfort zone and complete their workout as one.
We like to treat everyone as an athlete. Everyone will be pushed to achieve their best.

DJ Mark Cutz, whose real name is Mark Anthony Ibarra, is a DJ and producer from Texas. He started his DJ career at the young age of 12 after receiving his first turntables from his parents and quickly became known in the Dallas DJ scene.

Style and Skill: He is known for his diverse skill set, blending genres and styles in his sets with quick mixing, scratching, and creative blends.   

Performances: DJ Mark Cutz has performed at various events, including radio shows (Klub Kiss Mixer for 106.1 KISS FM in Dallas/Fort Worth, 96.7 KISS FM in Austin, and the nationally syndicated Kidd Kraddick Morning Show), stadiums, clubs, concerts, and sporting events. He also has a show on SiriusXM every Sunday at 4 PM Eastern.
