I'm a UK midlands based composer specialising in ambiance, soundtracks, world music and electronic soundscapes.
I've been composing in my home studio since the age of 16 and now teach sound creation, sequencing and composition at my local college.

No-nonsense hard hitters Eva Plays Dead are a British rock band from Nottingham/Derby, UK. Fronted by boss-lady Tiggy Dockerty and her punk tinged vocals. 'Eva Plays Dead' blend big riffs, infectious melodies and raucous energy. They have been referred to as the Midland's Joan Jett and The Black Hearts but EPD take influence from a vast range including Halestorm, Marmozets, Black Flag, Aerosmith, Queens of the Stoneage, LostAlone and Heaven's Basement to name a few.

We are a 4 piece alternative rock band based in London, with influences from every corner of the punk, pop, metal and hard rock spectrum. Having received critical acclaim in our native East Midlands, we have relocated to the capital and already love the music scene, where we are looking to gig with other exciting artists.

So what can you look forward to from a typical My Favourite Liar performance? Expect dynamic energy and soaring vocals from front man Josh Aldridge, as he sings the intelligent and unique lyrics of bassist Dave Poole. All of this is driven by energetic and infectious rock hits, brought to life by the inexhaustible talents of drummer Tom Sismey and lead guitarist Steve Kimberley. If you want tunes that do everything you'd ever want them to, whilst remaining accessible and compact, then this is certainly the band for you.
