For our sixth edition of Orbita the Stockholm based DJ Celadon slowly and gently delivers a steady cerebral work-out, creeping with broken grooves in and out. 
She brings us to a meditative state-of-being through her calculated selections of deep and hypnotic drum & bass and halftime bangers. Filled with tribal percussiveness and reflecting her deep bond with nature Celadon invites us to a warm mood with a healthy dose of bass and trancey-tones throughout the mix.

Menhir is a music and art collective formed by singer Coco Moya (@mediococo) and producer Iván Cebrián, based in Spain. In between contemporary electronics, ambient, and minimalism music. Menhir creates immersive musical experiences by combining analog synthesis soundscapes, ethereal voices, and layered sound processing.

Menhir's note: 

This mix is the result of exploring some of our musical influences. It features a couple of surprises, such as a recording we made of Gregorian chant at the monastery of Silos, a renowned site for this musical form across the peninsula. It's quite fascinating and beautiful how it blends into the mix with absolutely contemporary music. In essence, we were seeking music for listening and music as a form of knowledge.

Scattered Waves is a cross-continental platform amplifying East and Southeast Asian voices in electronic music—both across Asia and throughout its global diaspora. Founded in Rotterdam by Vietnamese DJ, producer, and curator Kimmah, the project is based between the Netherlands and Vietnam, building sonic and cultural bridges between communities historically scattered across oceans and borders. 

Rooted in a diasporic narrative, the name Scattered Waves draws from the South China Sea, whose waves scattered Vietnamese communities across the world. These waters symbolize both the rupture of displacement and the persistence of cultural memory. Scattered Waves channels that legacy into a space for exchange and connection through music. 

The platform hosts club nights with all-Asian lineups across Europe and Asia, including a flagship Lunar New Year event in the Netherlands. It also organizes intimate listening sessions focused on ambient, experimental, and leftfield music by Asian artists, runs a record label dedicated to new sounds from East and Southeast Asia, and airs a monthly radio show on Operator Radio in Rotterdam highlighting voices from the Asian diaspora and beyond.
