I'm sharing this 100% vinyl mix on this sunny-but-strange morning. I felt a signal beaming down from somewhere beyond – maybe Mars, maybe just my record shelves. So, I fired up the turntables and embarked on this interstellar mission, guided by passion, curiosity, and a mood steeped in deep house, dub techno, and deep minimal vibes. This is for the explorers, the groove-seekers, and anyone who’s ever wondered what aliens might dance to. Hope it abducts your heart and teleports your soul!

(A lo-fi deep and disco house odyssey through dust, swing, and beautiful sonic chaos)

Somewhere between a malfunctioning drum machine and a lost reel-to-reel tape recorder, Westend Ghetto has stitched together a deep house track that feels like a fever dream inside an old-school analog studio. Krznz isn’t just lo-fi—it’s gloriously unhinged, the kind of track that could soundtrack an underground art film where VHS static is a main character.

The beat swings like a tipsy jazz drummer who just discovered a Roland 707, with dusty hi-hats and kicks that feel like they were sampled from a half-erased cassette. The bassline has that woozy, elastic quality—somewhere between Frits Wentink’s signature wonk and the raw, groove-driven hypnosis of Max Graef. Then there are the synths: warped, detuned, and smothered in just the right amount of overdrive, like something Dauwd or Glenn Astro might have cooked up during a particularly experimental late-night session.

But what truly sets Krznz apart is its textural richness. The entire mix is bathed in a thick layer of analog warmth, evoking the tape-saturated charm of Lobster Theremin releases while channeling the playful, off-kilter aesthetic of Money $ex Records. There’s a DIY spirit here that recalls Tartelet Records’ early catalog, yet the track also wouldn’t feel out of place in a left-field set from Dekmantel’s weirder corners.

For fans of DJ Koze’s more abstract moments, Hidden Spheres’ jazz-inflected grooves, or Christopher Rau’s stripped-down but deeply textured productions, Krznz is a journey into the outer edges of deep house—where imperfection is a virtue, swing is king, and every loop feels like it’s held together by magic tape and good intentions.

Play this at 3 AM, when the club is full of people who dance with their eyes closed and don’t check Shazam.

Select 308 comes courtesy of K.led, a DJ, musician and engineer with over 13 years of experience, with notable performances at venues like Montreal's Salon Daome and Soundstorm in Riyadh. K.led’s eclectic and genre-fluid approach to sound began in local underground clubs, where his ear for rhythm and evolving style led him to shape diverse sets that speak to a broad spectrum of listeners.

This three-hour set was recorded during a recent performance at Beast House, K.led blends a mix of deep grooves and pulsating beats with moments of rough, gritty energy. The set transitions between diverse sounds with tracks like Terry Hunter & Aaron Smith's ‘Enuff Enuff’ (feat. Frankie Knuckles) and Shonky's ‘Mama Queen’ combining elegance with a bit of rawness.
