This week on Select, we welcome Cyber Witch, a Palestinian DJ, producer and sound engineer, whose sets are an avant-garde patchwork of Mediterranean alternative influences, meshed together with experimental electronic, techno house and ambient textures. 


Cyber Witch is also a curator and resident at Radio Flouka, where she hosts ‘Witchy Hour’, a monthly show dedicated to spotlighting talents from the underground electronic scene across the region. 


For our number 355 of Select, she has cooked an hour mix of experimental techno imbued with layers of hypnotic rhythms, atmospheric textures and forward-thinking sound design. The set features a taste-making selection of tracks, such as Postdrone & Otteswed’s ‘Bir Ad-Dir’, BLANKA’s ‘Talk to Me’, Tsukuyomi’s ‘Hollow’, along with one of her own productions Hudood.

Saja, also known as Cyber Witch is a Palestinian artist, music producer, sound engineer, DJ and curator known for her unique blend of experimental electronic, techno, witch house and ambient sounds.
Growing up in the Holy Land, she was immersed in a diverse musical environment drawing influences from both Mediterranean and alternative music. This eclectic mix of sounds has become a defining feature of her work.
Cyber Witch creates enigmatic sonic realms where darkness and intensity collide with ethereal and avant-garde elements.

She is a resident at Radio Flouka where she hosts her monthly show "Witchy Hour" dedicated to spotlighting underground electronic music and emerging artists.
Cyber Witch has released two albums through the multidisciplinary arts collective Detroit Underground: her debut album "A.I. - Angel Intelligence" and her second album "Sukoon EP" which was presented as a special limited-edition cassette release.

Cyber Witch is a passionate advocate for female and queer talent in the music industry. She founded "Aphroditechno" a showcase hosted at the Kabareet venue designed to uplift and celebrate marginalized voices within the local scene.
With her innovative music and dedication to inclusivity, Cyber Witch continues to push the boundaries of electronic music and make a meaningful impact on the industry.
