Absolut Techno, ein Name für technoide Events der Extraklasse, bei denen nicht nur die Liebe zum Detail sondern vor allem die Liebe zur Musik im Vordergrund steht.

Ausgezeichnet als "Best Event Serie" 2016 vom Swiss Night Life Award.
 
Gegründet wurde die Eventreihe im Januar 2015 von Alain Meyer, welcher auch als Eventmanager im Club Borderline in Basel tätig ist.

Absolut Techno erarbeitete sich daraufhin innerhalb kürzester Zeit einen Namen in der Schweiz und auch weit über die Landesgrenzen hinaus.

Als Homebase der monatlich stattfindenden Veranstaltung dient der Club Borderline in Basel, welcher 2015 vom Dj-Mag zum besten Club der Schweiz gewählt wurde.

Ab 2017 finden unsere Veranstaltungen auch in Zürich alle 2 Monate am ersten Samstag im Monat im Babette Club statt.

Wir hatten schon Floor Hosts auf dem Nature One Festival in Deutschland und auch beim Grezenlos Festival durften wir die Circus Stage hosten.

Im neuen Jahr setzen wir den Fokus und die Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen und Künstlern vertieft auf Partner welche die Philosophie zur Musik ausleben um den Grundgedanken der elektronischen Musik beizubehalten. So möchten wir jungen, aufkommenden Künstlern eine grössere Chance geben, natürlich bleiben die grossen Act's weiterhin auf unserem Plan.

Absolut Techno entstand durch die Leidenschaft zur Musik, das gemeinsam sein und unvergessliche Nächte. Und das sollte der Fokus sein und nichts anderes.Wir freuen uns auf das neue Konzept und geben unser bestmögliches dies umzusetzen.

Neben internationalen Top Acts der Szene finden auch talentierte lokale Künstler ihren Platz auf den stehts qualitativen Line Up´s.
 
Mittlerweile hat sich auch ein Stamm bekannter und erfolgreicher Residents etabliert, Ninette, KE:NT, Johny Blaze, Franky Fiction, Kopfkino 3D und Smoon um nur einige zu nennen.

Weiterhin waren Künstler wie Rebekah, SNTS, Cleric, Clouds, Sam Paganini, Luigi Madonna, Dax J, Enrico Sangiuliano, Alan Fitzpatrick und Roberto Capunao zu Gast und die Zusammenarbeit mit bekannten Labels, Events und Magazinen wie Abstract mit Acts wie Torsten Kanlzer, Björn Torwellen, DJ Emerson, Sven Wittekind, Sven Schaller und Raphael Dincsoy oder dem Fazemag wird weiter ausgebaut.
 
Natürlich arbeiten wir stets daran unsere Veranstaltungen auch außerhalb von Basel zu etablieren, Zahlreiche Events in Berlin, Bern und Freiburg sind in Planung.

HEIMLICH-AUDIO IS THE PLATFORM FOR THE *(HEIMLICH) ARTISTS & 
THEIR FRIENDS TO RELEASE THEIR MUSIC ON. 

THE SPECIAL *(HEIMLICH)-SOUND IS THE SUM OF ITS ARTISTS AND IS MEANT TO GIVE THEM THE FREEDOM TO CREATE WHAT THEY NEED TO. TO SPEAK IN COLOURS: SOME ARTISTS LOVE TO PLAY FIRST RED AND LATER BLUE. OTHERS CREATE GREEN OR EVEN ADD SOME YELLOW AT PEAK TIME. WE EVEN KNOW ARTISTS THAT ONLY PLAY BLACK. MANY WAYS LEAD TO ROME BUT TRAVELLING WITH US WILL BE THE JOURNEY OF YOUR LIVE, SO JOIN US. 

THE LABEL HEIMLICH-AUDIO AND THE PARTIES *(HEIMLICH)-FEIERN WERE FOUNDED TO PARTY TOGETHER.

dj phono 
has no fear of failing, for if he shall fail it will be with utter jubilation. he has nothing to loose, but is willing to risk everything. this makes him uncomfortable and unpredictable for all those who dare nothing in life. one thought that never troubles him during his morning toilet is: "impulsive menschen kennen keine grenzen".
even though being a member of the formation deichkind has evolved dj phono into a different person one should refrain from confusing the two. neither does dj phono produce music for deichkind, nor does their repertoire appear in his dj set.
he is the brain behind the deichkind liveshow and the whole overriding concept hidden within the techno lunacy. right from the off he has continuously and tirelessly attempted to force a gap between proletarian and sophisticated culture. he is a hellbender and merciless critic of the band luring them towards the end of the branch.
dj phono and bon jovi have nothing in common. this is why phono composes music that he likes. “party is my profession” is what he usually replies when being asked, why at 5 am in the morning he is still to be found at the pudel club - sober. there is always something new to discover, no matter where you look.
this explains why he has turned his back on the usual “hau den lukas”-method and ignores expectations. he rather likes to pick the bananas from the trees of slow mounting tensions, because dj phono is never bored on stage: yes, he will even turn of his mobile phone off just to be alone with you.
categories and limitations are only to be vanquished. people often create strange convoluted sentences in an attempt to describe his music. someone once said very fittingly: “emotional-temporary-minimal-but-then-more-and-more-techno-with- pop-appeal-thru-techhouse-suitable-for-dancing-taking-the-cake-techno-electro+surprise”. music associated with labels like kompakt, get physical, dial, playhouse, smallville, systematic, dfa, environ, ibadan, border community, ostgut ton, pampa, circus company, bpitch control and liebe detail. boring, dreary minimal-poppycock, is simply left out.
2011 he will start a new chapter.
dj phono will finally release his new album “welcome to wherever you’re not” on hamburg’s record label diynamic. the release will be flanked with a supranormal liveperformance. LEDs, hydraulics, roboter, radio technology and projections alternate the room. daft punk and etienne de crecy will be delighted. the concept comprises artists developing individual visual concepts for each album song and implying the respective localities and contexts.
dj phono is also a member of the band extra (1978). in 1998 he was european-vice-scratch-champion and incidentally, when he’s in the mood, he also produces and mixes music for others – former cooperation’s include artists such as erobi- que, egoexpress, commercial breakup, international pony and die goldenen zitronen.
dj phono has no hobbies.
