For the 119th edition of Desert Hut Podcast Series, we’re pleased to welcome Raidho.

RAIDHO is one of the twenty four runes that comprise the oldest form of the runic alphabets. It represent important changes and personal development in all spheres of life. RAIDHO has released more then 14 tracks through Iboga Records, Otake Records, the American labels Sol Selectas Records and Pipe & Pochet, as well as German record labels Acker Records, 3000Grad and Bar25 Music. The last one is named after the legendary Berlin club Bar25. All the original tracks released to date have been featured in the TOP40 bestsellers chart in the Electronica / Downtempo genre on Beatport (including 3 times on TOP10) and received huge support from all over the world including Acid Pauli, Audiofly, Sabo, Lee Burridge, Behrouz, Oliver Koletzki, Blond:Ish, Be Svendsen, SIS, Kora (CA), Just Emma, Britta Arnold, just to name a few.

Regular quality releases by well-known international labels as well as being a member of the Sol Selectas Records family have led to appearances in top clubs and festivals worldwide such as Scorpios Mykonos in Greece, Be Tulum and Besos Tulum in Mexico, Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) in The Netherlands, Audioriver Festival in Poland, or Burning Man in the US where he played 5 shows last year. Raidho shared the decks with many epic artists. During the last 2 years he has played with Lee Burridge, Rampue, Viken Arman, Be Svendsen, Armen Miran, Oliver Koletzki, Sabo and Goldcap, among many others.

Today , Athens-based storyteller Marsha takes us on a journey back to ancient Greek with her phenomenal Oracle of Delphi. Minimalistic, deep in its taste and mysteriously colorful:

Marsha brings storytelling through music & magic. She believes that human beings need music, stories and magic in the same way that plants need sun and rain. It was her mix for Deep House Athens, which is run by Marsha by the way, that impressed us and since then we wanted her to mix a delicious Schirmchendrink. 

She definitely is an artist with a delicate taste, tremendous creativity and a unique sound who found her own place in the world of deep electronic music. In Athens, she is running her own music club project called 'Marsha Invites" and she is a DJ at Home 89.1 radio. She is a member of Playground Greece team, and, being a true Yoga lover, she co-founded the Music & Yoga Project, where she provides the electronic music soundtrack to professional yoga classes.

For this exclusive Schirmchendrink episode and together with her bartender friend Goozy (https://www.instagram.com/goozy85), Marsha invented this cocktail “Oracle of Delphi” (picture credits go to https://www.instagram.com/_ambrosialis_). Here is the recipe:

•	Mastiha infused with butterfly pea tea
•	Oracle syrup
•	Plum bitters
•	Oleander leaves

Delphi was an important ancient Greek religious sanctuary sacred to the god Apollo. Located on Mount Parnassus, the sanctuary was home to the famous oracle of Apollo, which gave cryptic predictions and guidance to both city-states and individuals. Thanks to Pythia’s prestige, Delphi became the richest and most famous Hellenic sanctuary. The Greeks called it the Omphalos, or “Navel, center of the world.”

Pythia was the name of the high priestess of the Temple of Apollo at Delphi who also served as the oracle, also known as the Oracle of Delphi. Pythia spoke on behalf of the Gods and delivered oracles. She was falling into a prophetic trance by using oleander as a complement during the oracular procedure, chewing its leaves and inhaling their smoke.
