From the very first moments of the journey, the listener finds himself immersed in a psychedelic universe, embodied by appearances of flutes, vocals or piano. This fabulous background is in stark contrast to a racy minimal with a tight groove that goes on and on.
The artist shines by his ability to create a remarkable tension with few elements and a flawless mix. We find a number of his own productions, which accentuates the homogeneity of the selection. Throughout the set, the tracks that follow one another include a panoply of hits reminiscent of Musique Concrète, as well as many organic and acoustic elements such as ride cymbals. At times, Razvan also has the ability to take you to very dark places with spooky and UFO sounds, but always remaining groovy and round.
In the end, this two-hour set is one of a kind with pure, seamless esthetics and a very mature storytelling.

Pierre Zanie doesn’t mince words and drops an introduction that gets you immediately in a pure groove swirl, spiced up with glitchy vocals. The listener is pleasantly surprised by a sequence of mature and festive pieces, yet all in restraint. As per his concept, the artist finds the perfect balance between positive uplifting minimal house and twisted micro techno. His selection offers tasty joints with precise sound design, tight chords and always new textures and noises. The pace is sometimes changing to create contrast in the narrative: beautiful major chord progressions, atmospheric breakdowns… The set slowly drifts towards a deeper old school house vibe, with full 808 hats and disco gimmicks here and there, until the outro consisting in a stellar track.
To conclude, Pierre Zanie offers a flawless mix with a big drive and kinky grooves. His delicious bipolar vibe is definitely addictive and hits a sweet spot where the audience is always refreshed and excited with the next track.

Super excited to have top geezer Haydn onboard for this next mix series. 
He is genuinely one of our favourite Djs here at Untitled HQ, proving time and time again his quality of flawless mixing and exquisite track selection are a force to be reckoned with.

Born in Arad, Romania and based in northern England, Flav has impressed many souls on the dancefloor with his way of picking apart and infusing together all the pieces of music that he loves the most.

As a producer, DJ and promoter, he has found plenty of ways to express himself musically.

Flav is also the owner and founder of Mind Hub, a new label on the horizon featuring many talented artists.

Schmaus is a fellowship of minimal music lovers who passionately believe in the great talent that has been developed over the years in Romania and abroad.
It all started in 2014 in Timișoara (western Romania), when minimal enthusiasts teamed up to create ephemeral spaces for artists to express their art without any restrictions. These special events aimed for the highest sophistication of sound, as well as a space for people enjoy the events and want to be able to "let go" for the night. Schmaus had the immense privilege to host genuine artists from the scene such as Mihai Pol, Macarie, Gescu, Melodie, Teluric, Paul K, Lizz, Cosmjn, only to name a few.
When the pandemic started, the next logical step was to keep the same idea of unity through selected podcast performances … but we promise that we will all dance again in the near future!
