Tresor veteran TV Victor returns with two EPs in the midst of Tresor's 30th anniversary. Being an integral part of Tresor even before it all began, Udo Heitfeld founded No Zen Orchestra in 1987 together with Dimitri Hegemann, Günther Schickert and Piers Headley. The first releases on Interfisch, which would later become Tresor Records, saw the crew gathering around Fischbüro (a space for eclectic and dada experimentation) releasing non-comforming hypnotic psychedelic rock experiments, followed by Heitfeld’s solo debut Album Moondance on Big Sex in ‘89 as well as Trance Garden 1-3, his first release on Tresor in ’94. 

TV Victor's new releases GRV Vol. 2 + 3 continue this saga three decades later. This new chapter picks up where GRV Vol.1 left off in 2010, with its release on Tobias Freund and Max Loderbauer's Non Standard Productions label. The sound harkens back to classic downbeat, trip hop and tape loop workouts of the early days. Crystal plateaus float in unison with the pulsating grooves, just like the ebb and flow of the tide, the shifting sand and the lively sea coincide. Even when the waters seem resting at times, the interlocking rhythms move far below their surface. You can't stop these waves, but you can learn how to flow. 

These four tracks show TV Victor at what he does best: major effects with minor changes, micro-timed steps in the grooves, macro-steps in cognition. This is dance music for the mind - an awakening from another world.

MALA HERBA is a solo project of sound artist and queer music activist Zosia Hołubowska. Based on traditional music, magic, and demonology of Eastern Europe, Mala Herba's performances are sonic rituals. The music draws from darkwave and minimal synth-wave but sometimes the melody cracks, the voice becomes a magic spell and the song transforms into a noise soundscape.

Polyrhythmic pulsations are stacked on top layers of harsh noise and processed archival samples and then arpeggiated bass kicks in again and the music oscillates between haunted italo-disco and EBM.

After being featured on compilations by labels such as DKA, Exiles and Total Solidarity by Oramics, Mala Herba released their debut LP "Demonologia" on [aufnahme+wiedergabe] in January 2021, followed by a digital EP "Omnia Vanitas" with two remixes and two covers on the same label.

Continuamos con nuestra serie de podcast, en la que alcanzamos la nº 105, la cual nos hace trasladarnos hasta Reino Unido, concretamente hasta la ciudad de Nottingham donde encontramos al señor Matt Flack , conocido artísticamente como G3CKO .

Es un entusiasta del vinilo y que lleva en esto de la música electrónica durante la mayor parte de su vida. 
Su interés por la electrónica comienza escuchando temas como Oxygene y grupos como Visage, de la mano de sus tías cuando era niño, y mas adelante acercándose al sonido electro y a la música dance antigua de los años 80 y 90. 

Durante ese periodo fue cuando descubrió el genero del techno y su cultura. La forma en que la música y la fiesta se vuelven uno, y encaja perfectamente entre extraños bailando y disfrutando como alguna forma de tribalismo en un espacio audiovisual. 

A los 19 años empezó a jugar con los platos y a comprar discos siempre que podía y a día de hoy sigue aplicando la misma ética, como el bien afirma "es un estilo de vida, es parte de ti, es así de simple" ¡El vinilo tiene un elemento humano propio, puedes sentirlo en tus manos!

Desde ese momento, ha estado involucrado en muchas fiestas y eventos a lo largo de todos los años. 
Estuvo al frente del programa/podcast Reptilian, que estuvo emitiendo unos 3 años, en el cual pudo contar con grandes invitados y en el que programaba música de todo el mundo.

Durante estos últimos años ha estado centrado un nuevo proyecto, llevando el sello discográfico Solemne Records, que dirige con sus compañeros Cyd & Clefomat.

Para este podcast, G3CKO72 nos propone un estupendo set donde nos muestra los sonidos con los que se siente mas identificado a día de hoy y cargado de mucho techno con cierto toque acido y oscuro donde podemos encontrar una muy cuidada selección y una gran tecnica en la mezcla.

Continue with our podcast series, in which we reach number 105, which takes us to the United Kingdom, specifically to the city of Nottingham where we find Mr. Matt Flack, artistically known as G3CKO.

He is a vinyl enthusiast and has been into electronic music for most of his life.
His interest in electronic music began listening to songs like Oxygene and groups like Visage, from the hand of his aunts when he was a child, and later approaching the electro sound and the old dance music of the 80s and 90s.

It was during that period that he discovered the techno genre and its culture. The way the music and the party become one, and he fits right in between strangers dancing and enjoying like some form of tribalism in an audiovisual space.

At the age of 19, he began to play with turntables and buy records whenever he could, and to this day he continues to apply the same ethic, as he says "it's a lifestyle, it's part of you, it's that simple"! has a human element of its own, you can feel it in your hands!

Since then, he has been involved in many parties and events throughout the years.
He was in charge of the Reptilian program / podcast, which was broadcasting for about 3 years, in which he was able to count on great guests and in which he programmed music from all over the world.

During these last few years he has been focusing on a new project, running the record label Solemn Records, which he runs with his partners Cyd & Clefomat.

For this podcast, @G3CKO72 offers us a great set where he shows us the sounds with which he feels most identified today and loaded with a lot of techno with a certain acid and dark touch where we can find a very careful selection and a great technique in the mix.

Wavelet es el aka bajo el cual se esconde el DJ valenciano Mario Ortega.Este se caracteriza por ser un fiel defensor y activista del Electro en todas sus vertientes (teniendo este un especial interés en combinar este estilo con estilos como la IDM) así como del formato vinilo.
 
Su interés por la música electrónica comienza en la década de los 90’s influenciando por el sonido de sellos como Warp, Skam, Direct Beat o Electron Industries.  Posteriormente fueron sellos como Touchin`Bass, Ai Records o SCSI-AV los que fueron tallando su estilo como DJ hasta que en el año 2013 finalmente decidido dar el salto a los platos.

Su trayectoria siempre ha estado ligada en gran medida con el colectivo valenciano Hypnotica Colectiva (HC), siendo integrante de la plataforma radiofónica “Electronic Café Radio” durante tres años y organizado y siendo residente de las fiestas We Are The Robots (W.A.T.R) de HC desde el año 2014 hasta la actualidad. Por otra parte, destacar la organización del festival “ElectroCamp” junto con sus camaradas de Elektrodos, el cual se realizó en tierras valencianas durante dos ediciones, sirviendo este como punto de encuentro de muchos de los DJs/artistas de electro a lo largo de la geografía nacional.

Por otro lado, desde el año 2014, es habitual encontrarnos con Wavelet en las cabinas de algunos de los principales clubs de la ciudad de Valencia llevándole a este a compartir cartel con artistas de la talla como ADJ, Carl Finlow , Boris Divider o Umwelt entre otros.

Actualmente dirige junto con Sigma_Algebra el sello Tensor Norm, cuya segunda referencia en vinilo vera a luz a mediados de este año (ver bit.ly/3KImm3s para más información).
