Prana was recorded and improvised live in an underground former silo in the deep southern Utah desert over the winter solstice. The temperature outside was at about 10 degrees below zero, inside a giant wood stove burned away, and all around were about twenty or so sonic journeyers forming a meditative circle on the slate floor. 

The album contains vocals - but no English - rather the vocalizations you hear are more channeled sounds intended keep our language centers quiet and our hearts open. 

5 extended tracks - running time 48 minutes. 
This is a gapless playback continuous listening experience.

With bouncy, yet disorienting patterns that keep you on the edge of your seat, SOMA cranks the tension to max, like a heart-racing POV horror movie, showcasing Jenn's reborn thirst for radical sound wizardry and alien club solutions.
As you navigate through the depths of this release, you may find yourself ensnared in an intricate web of sonic aberrations, questioning reality and wondering what lies around the next sonic corner. Jenn's immersive arrangements convey a sense of relentless pursuit, like sprinting through a dense, eerie forest with a shattered handy-cam, with the same crushing intensity of "The Blair Witch Project."
For this installment, Jenn joined forces with underground heavyweights Talpah, EKSE and TVVASTE, each of whom infused their unique poison to one of the tracks. The EP is completed by Ludwig Wandinger's remix, which feels like the theme of a game over screen. Finally, the chance to regain your breath you were seeking for.
SOMA invites you to surrender yourself to the unknown, to embrace the thrill of the chase, and to revel in the exhilarating uncertainty that lies within. Allow the ominous allure of Jenn's music to consume you, as you step into the dark and twisted sonic abyss he has conjured.

Jenn - Dummy (feat. TALPAH)

Originally produced for a sound installation, this sound piece vulnerably reveals various emotions through intimate voice notes, disruptive surges of noise and morphing soundscapes. Coming from a personal perspective of storytelling, the non-linear progression of the sound finds its resonance within the in-between.

Incorporating a shattered collage of hope and failure, XING’s productions mix relentless beats with affecting melodies, and delve into the complexities of living and faith.

"Intimate Ghosting", a compilation album featuring nine musicians from Japan and South Korea, is being newly introduced to the roster of the Netherlands/US-based record label Psychic Liberation. Under the curation of novelist and musician Jiyoung Wi, the album contains the works of Arexibo (KR), Arles (KR), bela (KR), Jiyoung Wi (KR), Joyul (KR), Kazumichi Komatsu (JP), Kenji (JP), Ultrafog (JP), and Yeong Die (KR). ‘Intimate Ghosting’ is a lucid invitation to the effervescente sonic field progressing throughout the experimental, left-field, ambient music communities of said regions. The album artwork is from Moon Bae, an artist working in the US and South Korea.
