The latest release on Madloch's Sound Avenue imprint finds the label presenting the fourth installment of it's ‘Correlation' series. Released in August of 2017, the inaugural edition featured a unique blend of untapped talent along with industry veterans, resulting in a cohesive fusion of artists from across the world. The label's borderless music policy was also well represented, showcasing a wide spectrum of electronica, from organic house to melodic house and deeper progressive grooves. Released in 2020, the label's third edition proved to be it's most impactful to date, with the lead selection ‘Kafka' by Ercos Blanka racking up over two million (and counting) Spotify plays over the last calendar year. The "EVOKE" Remixes LP diversifies the originals (with strings by Mehmet Aydin) further into the world of electronica and house sub genres. The release features a unique collection of talent, favourites of the label and new promising debuts. The reinterpretations that are part of the 8 track LP cover an extensive spectrum of sound, with works from amazingly futuristic LetKolben, innovative Sucré Salé of Germany, smooth vibes operator from Pakistan – V I V I D, debut of Moscow's deep scene veterans' fresh project Tuman of Gazgolder club, new Russian talents Amonita and Tayu, Montreal's Wuachuma (Adrien Malka) and finally labels own Atalkingdrum.

Organic, deep house electronica at its best, full of live ethnic elements, its a a phenomenal release for multi genre lovers. The release will be exclusive to Beatport end of February, followed by all good shops, including the labels newly set Bandcamp store.

PREMIERE : Shaun Benjamin - Floating In Space (Tuman Remix) [Earthly Delights]

With its first release, Eyedyllic Music lays some cement which reveals some of the label’s core blueprint elements. The label has been formed by co-partners Mik Santoro and Kev Obrien, with an aim toward releasing what they consider to be “beautiful, authentic and unpretentious electronic music”, with no genre barriers.
Obrien himself steps up to kick things off in suitable fashion with “So Far Away'. His first single since 2011, Obrien produced it in collaboration with the revered Scottish vocalist, Ian Whitelaw (notably known for his many collaborations with deep house legend, Phonique)
So Far Away indubitably lives up to the aforementioned Eyedyllic esthetique. The track’s moody, key-laden groove lays a perfect foundation for an extraordinary vocal and lyrical performance from Ian Whitelaw, who sings a heartfelt song about his own experience; one which coincidentally matched up with a very similar experience Obrien had been going through when he approached Whitelaw about doing a collaboration, last winter. 
On remix duties, the multi-talented Tone of Arc turns in a rendition that defies all genre boundaries and stands in a world of its own. It's pounding kick makes way to luscious strings, and the mix eventually leads to a funkadelic climax of epic proportions.

Born in the dark streets of Cairo, grown to the unforgettable forests of Santa Esmeralda, spending its teen years in Bombay and Tangier markets, mature into the deep spacey Jungle of Ghana we proudly present you a new label from the land of the pyramids: SHANGO RECORDS invites you to an unheard world music psychedelic trip: like through a colorful kaleidoscope we will melt down Indian and Pakistani Vibes, Arab-Tek and Oriental groovy vibes, Afro-Beat rhythms n' pieces, Cumbia Tropicana flavors and cosmic Ghetto-Latin vibes into forbidden sounds of frenzied electronic dancefloor rituals. Outside traditional paths these driving grooves and polyphonic structures take the adventure seeking dancer to Dionysian highs and places never been before.

The yataghan is a type of Ottoman knife or short sabre used from the mid-16th to late 19th centuries. The yataghan was extensively used in Ottoman Turkey and in areas under immediate Ottoman influence, such as the Balkans and the Caucasus. The yataghan consists of a single-edged blade with a marked forward curve and a hilt formed of two grip plaques attached through the tang, the end of the hilt being shaped like large ears. The gap between the grips is covered by a metal strap, which is often decorated. The blade varies from 60 centimetres to 80 centimetres in length and is curved forward (like the Iberian falcata, or Greek kopis), sometimes reclining backwards again towards the very end. This blade form is often referred to as being 'recurved'. While the back of the blade is made of softer steel, the sharp edge is made of hard, tempered steel for durability. Jean Vayat enjoys a countryside drive in the twilight hour. This is his first offering for Shango Records. These three tracks will accept you for what you truly are.
