"My body is missing my mind” points to the fact that sound synthesis is one of the means through which I manage to alleviate the feeling of disconnection between my mind and body and enhance the feeling of their unity, to be in the present moment, to breathe regularly, to be mindful. The record itsself is a research of sounds that literally resonated with me - both with my mind and my body. The result of this search is captured in the form of a cohesive soundscape. While creating this recording, I intentionally limited myself to using a single musical instrument (Quadrantid Swarm) and a looper (Ditto X4), employing some of the techniques and processes of "classic" electronic music. The most of the sounds are feedback and resonating filters and spring reverb that is inside the synth. The recording is "raw," unpolished, full of unintended noise and crackling, generated by the aforementioned synthesizer and looper. No other external effects were used. I wish you an enjoyable listening experience.

„My body is missing my mind“ poukazuje na skutečnost, že zvuková syntéza je jedním z prostředků, díky kterým se mi daří zmírnit pocit odpojení mé mysli od mého těla a posílit pocit jejich jednoty, být v přítomném okamžiku, pravidelně dýchat, být vnímavý. Nahrávka sama o sobě je záznamem rešerše zvuků, které se mnou doslova rezonovaly - jak s mou myslí, tak tělem. Výsledek tohoto hledání je zachycen v podobě celistvého zvukového pásma. Při tvorbě této nahrávky jsem se záměrně omezil na použití jediného hudebního nástroje a looperu, využívaje některé z technik a postupů „klasické“ elektronické hudby. Většina zvuků je feedback, rezonance filtrů a pružinového reverbu uvnitř syntezátoru. Nahrávka je „syrová“, nevyčištěná, plná nezáměrného šumu a praskání, jejichž zdrojem jsou zmíněný syntezátor a looper. Nebyly použity žádné další externí efekty. Přeji příjemný poslech.
