Taking influence from Jazz, Soul, RnB and Pop, Tasha Dean doesn't easily mould into only one genre. However she has a signature sound, with a distinctive vibrato in her voice and heartfelt lyrics that she always writes from her own experiences. Originally from Nottingham U.K, she built a buzz with her debut EP 'This Is Me', launched at her headline show at The Nottingham Playhouse. This included the popular single 'Hooked For Life', which gained her airplay on BBCR1xtra through being chosen as BBC Introducing's artist of the week. She moved to London in 2015 and after exploring the live scene, she has been quietly busy collaborating with new musicians for her second EP, which is due for release early 2019.
