One year ago, I released the first version to this song. I'd had an idea for a story of sorts and the music surrounding it for a while, but I didn't know where to start, so I simply never started. Then, while working on another project, I made the chord progression to this song, then realized that it's probably one of my best ever (at the time at least)! So, I decided to finally try and make the song. It was... good... for me at the time at least. I've spent the last year drastically improving my music, so this is hopefully the new "definitive version of the song". I'm not entirely sure if I'm going to end up making new versions of this song later, but if I do, this is the standard I'm setting myself to now.

This version is a lot like the V3 to V2. It's mostly mixing adjustments, but I HAVE made some changes. There is a new part in the main body of the song, (about 2:47), I added some new transitions, switched up the ending a bit, and there are 4 new intruments that make the song feel fuller (secondary piano, fast strings, replaced low bass sample, and an actual sampled crash)
