Sean cut his teeth in the mid-80s as House music first took hold in the UK, holding down sets alongside legends like Paul “Trouble” Anderson, CJ Mackintosh, and Bobby & Steve throughout the 90s. In the 2000s, his deep, rolling sound evolved into the birth of DizzyFunk — a collective that became synonymous with the pure underground energy of the UK free party scene. Now returning to the decks with decades of experience and an unshakable passion for real House music, Sean blends classic grooves with a modern edge to remind dancefloors what true underground feels like.

It all started for me in the music scene from around 1994 when I first got introduced to classic house and the hardcore era. I quickly moved into the underground garage movement from 1996 to 98 and enjoyed that bouncy London vibe that came with it.
I have now moved back into the house tip on the more deep and soulful side enjoying artists such as Kerri Chandler,Richard Earnshaw and Sean McCabe to name a few. I had my first break playing out on the club circuit from 2006 where I have been privileged to play in and around London and abroad with some fantastic musically driven promoters.

Phreek is a monthly, members only, not-for-profit celebration parties in Tbilisi for all the freaks out there and their allies who do not necessarily fit into socially acceptable "norms".
Any "profit" from the parties will be donated to charities fighting against racism, domestic abuse and discrimination of marginalised parts of our society.

Phreek is inspired by David Mancuso’s The Loft and Nicky Siano’s The Gallery of early 70s New York City and their ethos of people coming together and having fun, regardless of their background.  No one can recreate what these NYC parties created and Phreek is not about imitating and glorifying the past, but it is about connecting the past to the present.
