@epic-council: Thanks mate.   This was our first attempt and i had to work with the vocals file initially and create the instrumental around it.  Now that I have created the instrumental, Amelie is going to re-record her vocals to my track.  Look out for round two as this track deserves special attention I think.

the vocal is nice.....i feel it could be tighter, maybe more attention to warping it with the tempo make sure to switch the vocal to Complex Pro mode in ableton.

Agree with the comments on the vocals being haunting and I really think they add to the overall ambience of the track. PT 8)
