Une marche à Ménilmontant en compagnie de Flux & Pardon, artistes joyeux, qui ont semé des milliers d'arcanes de tarots dans la ville.

DES RUES SOUDAIN SEMÉES D’ARCANES 

Nous sommes en 2018. Les deux compères me racontèrent ainsi leurs nuit de semaille : après avoir redessiné et repeint en très grand format les 22 arcanes majeurs du Tarot de Marseille, orné de motifs à faire pâlir les enluminures des manuscrits médiévaux irlandais, ils les avaient de nouveau réduit au format de la carte à jouer, mais en les imprimant sur des stickers autocollants. Découpant planche après planche au massicot, ils avaient ainsi mélangés un jeu gigantesque, avec dans l'idée de les coller dans la ville, au gré de leurs aventures nocturnes. 2200 cartes avaient ainsi été dispersées. 
Si nous avions rendez-vous à Ménilmontant, c'était pour partir en quête des fragments de ces stickers ayant peut-être survécu aux rudes éléments, à l'usure de la ville, près d'un an (?) après. 
Un mot sur les stickers, puisque cette quête les faisaient soudain ressurgir du décor. Comme toutes les écritures pirates urbaines, elle triomphent par le fait accompli, car on les voit rarement en train d'être appliquée. Et plus rapide que le graffiti et que le pochoir réuni, le slap sticker ne demande qu'un geste, qu'une pression de la main, pour ajouter un symbole à la grammaire urbaine déjà si foisonnante. 
Je crois que ce qui me touche dans cette forme là, c'est son ratio : sticker dépasse rarement la taille d'une paume. C'est un art palmaire, comme celui des cartes à jouer. Le retour de la cartellette balistiques après le règne des colleurs d'affiche.

Reworks is a compilation of 4 tracks that are reshaped and compiled on a very Limited Edition vinyl and digital as well. From ambient to downtempo acid-like tracks, each song is made on a hardware set-up only.

"You're Searching For Nothing" & "Music For An Empty Train" were initially edited on my first EP on I Low You Records in April 2020. "Lost Track" is an old recording that was produced in 2018 and edited in September 2020. It was initially recorded for my ambient EP "Panorama" which was edited on Unse Records. "AC333T" is an improvisation on a 4-track tape recorder. It's the only track on this EP with a drum and acid bass-line.

Each track is produced with various modular synthesizers such as Korg MS-20, Behringer Crave, Behringer TD3, Yamaha DX100 and Yamaha MT1X in combination with several effect pedals.
