We are happy and thrilled to present our lovely guest Vinyl curator Sharlie, who was born in Paris and lives in Cologne, explores various musical genres in a musical connection that knows no boundaries.  Her musical identity lies in a mixture of organic assemblages with tribal sounds, acid bass and world pop, but also transcendent experimental music.

for this years BlackOurStoryMonth 2022 in collaboration with Decolonize Cologne. 

Shinina stands by the fact that she’s a newcomer in the DJ scene. However, it doesn’t stop her from presenting her musical knowledge in vinyl-only sets. Soul, Hip Hop, Electronica, Pop, Rock – Shinina is full of surprise and knows no limits.

In January 2020 the party and mix tape series “Selectricity” started in the legendary Roxy Club in Cologne.

On the occasion of the Black History Month 2022, the mixtape series „Selectricity“ collaborated with „Decolonize Cologne“, an initiative founded by three historians, enriching their work with a musical debate among Black DJ’s and Artists.

Since then, the collaboration exists. For more to come. . .
