As I must have said before, Fusion is probably THE festival that shaped my sound and it was a dream come thru for me to play there! 🚀 It started raining a bit before my set and I loved how all the ravers went on not giving a f. about getting wet! ☔️ After around 1.45 -2 hours in, it started to become morning, but not a sunny bright morning, a dark German one and it actually worked perfect with the music I wanted to play at Fusion in my dreams all those years. 🌥️ Honestly it's not one of my best mixing, I was maybe a bit too excited, but I am in love with every single track I played and I really enjoyed every second of this experience, sharing my music in the festival that I have always heard incredible sets from my biggest inspirations. 💕 I connect deeply to every value this festival stands for, i enjoyed it endlessly and will always cherish this memory. Big thanks to everyone who shared this unforgettable moment with me and for those who were not there, I hope you enjoy the recording.

@taoandra The Romanian artist synthesizes her hyperactive but sensitive personality into her music, playing from high energy to dark and groovy Techno. 

Her musical journey began in The Netherlands during her university years. Right away she became completely immersed into the Dutch Techno scene. She describes that experience as “you feel like you’ve been roaming around all your life and all of a sudden you find where you belong. It was all about the music.” She started to collect music on vinyl and spent a lot of time at record shops in Amsterdam while teaching herself how to DJ. That is a common trait in her life, a lot of her skills are self-taught. 

Techno speaks to her hyperactive personality, but sensitive nature, and that is how she builds her sets. The musical journeys she creates are always a mix between high energy, groove and emotional moments. 

From Brazil to Australia, Germany to Albania and Chile, Tao Andra has brought her timeless sound to many corners of the world.
