Being patient is an art for itself.  Challenging and easy at the same time The song "Patience" completes Ninze’s EP "Reasons for Simplicity". As the title suggests, the song plays with patience and impatience - the driving forces when dancing. Well-filled pads on distorted deep house beats with fuzzy vocals take the listener back into his cosmos.  
A special feature of this piece: Julian accidentally included his bouncing leg. Which; like restless leg syndrome, moves up and down while he works on his songs. If you listen carefully - you'll notice this accent. Sometimes the small things in life or the coincidences that turn simplicity into something special - like in this song.

In Hindu Philosophy and some Indian religions, samskaras or sanskaras (Sanskrit: संस्कार) are mental impressions, recollections, or psychological imprints that colour one's thoughts and actions, and form the basis for the development of karma theory.
In Buddhism, the Sanskrit term samskara is used to describe "mental formations," "will," and many other concepts; in Pāli it is referred to as saṅkhāra.

According to various schools of Indian philosophy, every action, intent or preparation by an individual leaves a samskara (impression, impact, imprint) in the deeper structure of the person's mind. These impressions then await volitional fruition in that individual's future, in the form of hidden expectations, circumstances or a subconscious sense of self-worth. These Samskaras manifest as tendencies, karmic impulses, subliminal impressions, habitual potencies or innate dispositions.

Some feelings are hard to name - quiet, unsettling moments that linger at the edges of perception. Eckige Bäume is one of those moments, captured in sound.
Born from a strange emotional aftertaste, Eckige Bäume finds its inspiration in a walk through nature - followed by the disorienting return to a world shaped by human order. 

The artists, @slow_child and @aamiq, describe the moment as a kind of quiet shock: stepping out of organic wildness, only to find trees trimmed into perfect squares. Something beautiful, made rigid. Something alive, restrained.
Translating this experience into music, the duo crafted a soft downtempo piece that floats between wonder and melancholy. 
Gentle percussion and warm textures pulse like distant memories, while subtle melodic layers drift like thoughts just out of reach. Here is the recording of the liveset I played at cosy festival last Sunday! I am so happy I decided to hit record on this occasion, which I rarely do with live sets, but I had the feeling, like this one could be special and it was! It was such a huge joy to close this stage for the festival with the cutest crowd ever. I just felt a calm and warm joy with everyone happily wobbling to the downtempo flow, like everyone is taking deep happy breaths. It was exactly that deeply heartfelt energy I am missing on dance floors these days so often. So I am mega happy to have captured it and am able to share this with you guys. Its some old tunes, some new tunes, I hope you like it never the less <3
