This is another result of a creative expression group assignment. Gregory wrote this lyric partially and the entire group agreed he should write a song with it. He collaborated with his peers Josue and Nate, this is the very first time Nate has played drums on any recording. We did this project over 4 days when we had time. June 10-13, 2022. I think they all did great considering how little time was spent actually tracking the music.

The Story of Alice and John is a light hearted song about a married woman that meets another man, then kills her abusive husband and gets rid of his body at Alligator Lake. It was a cool riff for a long time, until the words finally came.

Southern Days

This is a song I wrote the day after my mother passed away May 10th 2023. A few days after the initial recording I added some more tracks of keyboards and sound effect. I am playing everything except drums, which is funny since I am a drummer. The drums track is pieced together from loops within Studio One v6 software.

Searching For Something

I wrote the music for this in March 2024 but I just had hip replacement surgery 12 days ago so all of a sudden the lyrics came to me and I quickly finished the demo.
update 8/10/2025- I redid drums and some guitars on this today.
