" The Chanukah Song " is a novelty song written by comedian Adam Sandler with Saturday Night Live writers Lewis Morton and Ian Maxtone-Graham and originally performed by Sandler on Saturday Night Live ' s Weekend Update on December 3, 1994. Sandler subsequently performed the song as part of his stand-up act, later updating it with new lyrics.


This Version was covered by Robert Brogan as a part of his "Christmas Album" . Adam Sandler was a major influence in his life growing up from Music to Movies & more, Adam Sandler is amazing! Thanks for listening! Song #1/10 of the Christmas Album!

The Chanukah Song

Music can express our deepest feelings when words sometimes fail or are not enough… This track paints a picture of what it might be like when Nature has an opportunity to heal itself from the destructive actions of the human race.

K.M.Ende and I share a deep respect for nature and a worry for how the urge to make as much profit with everything as possible rather than making more sustainable decisions affects our planet, climate, plants, all living beings, us. We got chatting about this topic which led to our collaboration.
