In his early teens, exposed to the thumping beat of house music while living abroad in Georgia, Alfred quickly embraced the likes of Martin Roth, Benny Benassi, and classic David Guetta. He soon after discovered the world of trance and has been heavily influenced by its driving tempo and beautiful melodies. Finding impact in the sounds of Paul Van Dyk, Aly and Fila, Markus Schulz, and Paul Oakenfold.

Today while still embracing his trance roots he delves deep into his more progressive side with his imprint Chicago Progressive House. He is driven by an unwavering passion to transport his listeners on a profound melodic journey.


Alfred has earned a strong reputation in Chicago, not only through his brand Chicago Progressive House but also by supporting heavyweights in the trance and progressive scene, including Sasha, John Digweed, Nick Warren, John 00 Fleming, Paul Oakenfold, Gareth Emery, Guy J, Guy Mantzur, Alex Orion, Anyasa, Rodriguez Jr, Cassian, Kasablanca, and many others. He continuously challenges himself and those around him to elevate their skills, curating experiences that leave a lasting impact.

He takes inspiration from the deeper rolling percussive sounds of house & deep tech which influences his style of production. Shakti showcases his style and sound throughout high energy sets, with the occasional curveball, to ensure to keep the dancefloor engaged.
